Role
Art Director & Designer

Scope
Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines

Project Description
This 7-acre neighborhood development in Buzzard Point, Washington D.C., called for three distinct identities—one for each residential building. The Stacks combines apartments, retail, coworking, and 22,000 square feet of vibrant open space designed for community use. As the Art Director leading the project, I distilled the unique character of each building and guided the design team in creating individual brands that were cohesive yet distinct, reflecting the diversity and energy of the overall development.
